  • I entered the wrong address for delivery , can I change it?"
    If your order has not been shipped , we are able to update your shipping address. Please email us ASAP at with order number and the address you wish to change delivery to. If your package has been shipped we, unfortunately cannot make any changes to your order once it has gone out. Please contact usps as they may be able to change your delivery address ASAP!
  • When will my order be shipped?
    After you place your order - It takes about 3-7days to process and make your order! - Then we send it out to usps -From there it is in usps hands and you will receive a tracking number via email!
  • My order has been returned to sender ; What now?
    The mail courier does keep our package for a few days before sending them back to the original sender, First please contact mail courier (usps) to see if you can schedule redelivery. If the courier states that the package has already been sent back to original sender please email with order number and our team will be happy to support you.
  • I accidently ordered the wrong size case , can I exchange it for the correct size?"
    Yes , you are able to exchange your case if it unused and you are within our 15 day exchange window.
  • What should I do if my package says it has delivered but I have not recieved it?
    Please email us at so we can look into that ASAP for you. or Pleae contact the courier (usps) immediately and they'll be able to help track down your package! Eleven:11 cannot be held liable for packages that have been marked as delivered by mail carrier that has not been received such as lost or stolen.
