If your order has not been shipped , we are able to update your shipping address. Please email us ASAP at elevenx1111x@gmail.com with order number and the address you wish to change delivery to.

If your package has been shipped we, unfortunately cannot make any changes to your order once it has gone out. Please contact usps as they may be able to change your delivery address ASAP!

After you place your order

- It takes about 3-7days to process and make your order!

- Then we send it out to usps

-From there it is in usps hands and you will receive a tracking number via email!

The mail courier does keep our package for a few days before sending them back to the original sender,

First please contact mail courier (usps) to see if you can schedule redelivery.

If the courier states that the package has already been sent back to original sender please email elevenx1111x@gmail.com with order number and our team will be happy to support you.

Yes , you are able to exchange your case if it unused and you are within our 15 day exchange window.
